Oversees all aspects of the human resources function, including the management of policies, practices, and procedures. Sets the strategic direction of the Office Human Resources in alignment with the College's mission.
Senior Director of Human Resources Strategy and Operations
Responsible for the general administration of the College's compensation and benefits programs for staff and faculty. Manages leave programs, including accommodations under ADA, and oversees the College's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Responsible for assessing organizational needs and planning relevant interventions including key culture change initiatives. Responsible for development and implementation of the learning and development system.
The Human Resources Assistant is the first point of contact of the office for all staff, faculty, visitors and other members of the College's community. Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operation of the office.
Supports staff and supervisors in the process of identifying potential candidates to fill our staff vacancies. Provides Employee Relations support.
Human Resources Engagement & Communication Coordinator
Plans and implements events and activities to strengthen employee relations and support the College’s efforts to build community.
