Matthew Hart, Amherst College's director of emergency management, completed a six-month thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail! He will be sharing an overview of his experience and answering questions. Refreshments will be available, and participants are invited to bring their own lunch. If desired, sandwiches are available at Frost Cafe for purchase.
