  • Advises Association of Amherst Students, WAMH Radio Station, Olio Yearbook Committee & the Campus Activities Board (CAB)
  • Recruits, interviews and supervises RSO Support & Student Activities student staff
  • Manages day-to-day operations of Student Activities, Campus Center and policy management
  • Provides administrative support, advising, coaching, leadership development and mentorship for student leaders and over 150 Registered Student Organizations (RSOs)
  • Builds partnerships and collaborations across departments to provide campus-wide programs and events designed to build community and foster student engagement on campus

  • Keeps accurate budget records for all funds related to the Campus Center
  • Distributes and tracks key distribution for all student organization offices
  • Coordinates Campus Center and Interterm website
  • Assists in coordinating annual Interterm program
  • Coordinates all maintenance work within the Campus Center
  • Sell tickets to events organized by campus organizations
  • General office duties

  • Coordinates all requests for reservations of Campus Center, Powerhouse, Ford Hall, and C. Pratt O'Connor Commons event spaces
  • Coordinates all requests for Atrium tabling from campus partners and outside vendors
  • Designs, plans, and implements AC After Dark and other Student Activities sponsored evening/weekend events and programs
  • Assists Registered Student Organizations in the planning of collaborative events with Student Activities
  • Trains, supports, and supervises all Event Managers to assist with campus partner events in Student Activities spaces
  • Trains, supports, and supervises all Student Orientation Coordinators and Orientation Leaders under New Student Programs
  • Coordinates and plans all Orientation social programming under New Student Programs
