Job and Internship Fair – Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplaces

Amherst College is dedicated to supporting the professional development and success of our talented and diverse student population. On Friday, September 29, 2023, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. EST, our fourth-annual Job and Internship Fair for Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplaces.

All students interested in learning more about participating organizations’ DEI initiatives, or who are seeking out employers who cultivate diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces, are welcome to register and participate.

Students & Alumni

The Job and Internship Fair – Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Workplaces will allow you to:

  • learn about high-quality jobs and/or internships,
  • make important connections with recruiters and alumni representatives, and
  • think critically about professional environments that can help you thrive.

This virtual event will provide a venue for actively-hiring organizations to showcase their ongoing commitment and efforts towards workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. For qualified organizations, the Fair will serve as a pipeline to meet a large pool of diverse students from one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country.
